Phantom Auto is hiring a Marketing Associate to help plan and implement our content marketing, lead generation, and growth initiatives.
For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.

As a Marketing Associate, you will:
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for high-quality lead generation
Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings, email, social, and ad campaign performance)
Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, including conversion and engagement rates
Organize and execute marketing events, both virtual and in-person
Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising materials (e.g. sponsored posts, newsletters, and more)
Maintain organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
Prepare regular forecasting and performance reports to share with the broader commercial organization
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
Solid computer skills, including spreadsheets, web analytics and Google Adwords
Previous experience with WordPress and Hubspot are a bonus but not required
Previous experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Marketing preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
A good attitude and a hunger to learn by doing
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field along with demonstrable experience
