Restaurant Manager
Ø Hire, train, and supervise outlet employees
Ø Ensure appropriate staffing
Ø Create staff schedules
Ø Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
Ø Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
Ø Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
Ø Maintain all relevant records needed at the outlet
Ø Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
