Asst. Restaurant Manager
Responsible for daily opening and closing of restaurant as per set procedures
Cooridnate with other departments to maintain smooth operation
Estimate future needs for goods, service equipment and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Implement policies and processes
Sign daily checklists and make sure all daily activities are performed
Responsible for corporate packages and reservations
Make sure property cleanliness is maintained
Making sure daily cash collections and deposits are handled under set protocols
Maintaining beverage and liquor cost
Responsible for daily opening and closing of bar as per set procedures
Reporting & managing repair and maintenance issues at the property
Controlling cost by reducing breakage and wastage
