Position Summary:Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive system-wide sales results through check count growth, community marketing activities and catering sales.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop, implement and track traffic driving programs and initiatives
Meet/exceed check count, sales, catering and traffic driving metrics and standards at system, district and store levels
Monitor and analyze results of traffic driving programs and initiatives, modify as necessary to ensure daily results
Support brand excellence by leading, coaching and training franchisees and sales driving teams in programs and activities that will increase sales
Commit to brand success by being a strong business coach in all areas of sales
Communicate, train and encourage sales building activities
Remain actively involved in any location that is inconsistent with the company vision or expectations
Meet or exceed company sales expectations at company, district and store level while maintaining standards in all areas
Drive sales at district and unit levels through direct management of strategic initiatives
Work with all sales channel vendors
Prerequisites:
Restaurant management experience a plus
Ability to travel overnight both in and out of state a must
Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends when necessary
