The AppleCare Media Production team is searching for a hardworking manager to own the team that develops the content strategy, creative approach and scripts for service content. This content directs how service is performed for Apple products by service providers worldwide to help millions of Apple customers.

Description

You will work closely with AppleCare partners worldwide to create extraordinary rich media content for our service channels. Well-versed in the role of the technician, their tools, practices and realities, the person in this role will use their experience, good judgement and analytics to develop concepts and strategies that demonstrate the unique benefit that rich media can bring to training, documentation and communications deliverables. They will then lead the script writers through the writing process to create scripts and storyboards before handing them over to Production. Responsibilities: – Lead a writing and creative team to create engaging, high quality concepts through pre-production. – Shepherd career development and performance of direct reports. – Prioritize tasks and handle resource utilization in a multi-layered environment. – Represent ACMP Content Strategy in relevant core meetings throughout a project lifecycle. – Continuously refine team processes for greater efficacy. – Chip in to system requirements and infrastructure projects. – Stay curious, keep learning and explore emerging technologies and trends.

Education & Experience

Degree in Video Production, Film Studies or Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
